For your convenience, use our online shopping cart. All orders will be sent within five-seven (5-7) business days of receiving your order. All telephone orders (not able to use credit cards) 7-10 business days after payment.

Orders From Within The USA

* Add $3.95 for S & H on each book.
* Shipping: US Postal Service on all orders at present.

U.S. customers may order hardcopy or eBook versions of our products.

International Orders

Only eBook purchases are offered to our International Customers at this time.  Cost is $16.95 and eBook is available for download upon purchase from this website.

Credit and Debit Cards

Your card is charged when your order is placed. Shipped after payment, validate shipping address and cardholder. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit/debit card to make sure sufficient funds are available. The financial institution places a hold on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. This hold will also apply to any items backordered until items come into stock and are shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of books and proprietary exercises used in Biz-Coach coaching practice, we have a No-Return Policy that covers all products, unless otherwise indicated, electronic or otherwise.

Shipping Policy

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on any products are the responsibility of the customer. If the shipment is damaged please contact your shipping agent. We are not staffed to deal with the shippers mistakes.

Handling Fees

All books or documents/exercises sold require someone to package, ship and enter into computer billing system, so there may be a small handling fee above the normal price, thank you for your understanding.
