For your convenience, use our online shopping cart. All orders will be sent within five-seven (5-7) business days of receiving your order. All telephone orders (not able to use credit cards) 7-10 business days after payment.

U.S. customers may order hardcopy or eBook versions of our products.

International Orders

Only eBook purchases are offered to our International Customers at this time. The eBook is available for download upon purchase from this website.

Credit and Debit Cards

Your card is charged when your order is placed. Shipped after payment, validate shipping address and cardholder. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit/debit card to make sure sufficient funds are available. The financial institution places a hold on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. This hold will also apply to any items backordered until items come into stock and are shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of books, online video teaching, and proprietary exercises used in Biz-Coach coaching practice, we have a No-Return, No-Refund Policy that covers all products, unless otherwise indicated, electronic or otherwise.

Shipping Policy

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on any products are the responsibility of the customer. If the shipment is damaged please contact your shipping agent. We are not staffed to deal with the shippers mistakes.

Handling Fees

All books or documents/exercises sold require someone to package, ship and enter into computer billing system, so there may be a small handling fee above the normal price, thank you for your understanding.

This event is about learning, becoming transparent and sharing principles of success in four key areas of Eric's proprietary coaching practice: business, personal and family life, health, and spirituality. This executive coaching experience is an interactive forum and CEOs, presidents and leaders will attend representing their individual company or their position in life as a leader.
Each individual has made a considerable investment to attend and increase their knowledge and understanding. Rather than using a non-disclosure this legal document must be signed and in place to protect each person/company concerning personal statements or ideas they discuss.
I understand and agree that I will respect the confidential matters that may be shared while in attendance at this executive coaching experience.
I understand this executive coaching experience event is NOT a recruiting or solicitation opportunity or business opportunity to enhance for any reasons in the future, or after the event, and this is unethical and will not be allowed!
I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and if I am found to be soliciting my product, company or opportunity to any other participant I meet here at this event, under ANY circumstances, I will immediately be asked to leave the seminar without refund and I will not be allowed to participate at any future executive coaching experience events in person or online.
I understand that the EricSwenson.org website username and membership will be cancelled, and I will no longer have access to the Life Happens tools or privileges on this website or participate in any coaching or webinars done by Eric Swenson/Biz-Coach, LLC.
I understand that these consequences are permanent.
